In today's technologically savvy world, it's hard to find someone who doesn't own a smartphone. That sense of connectivity is always there, and while Ganley BMW in no way condones unsafe driving habits such as texting, a certain level of in car technology can be beneficial. And with the new BMW lineup, that's a feature that will soon be reality.

Available in some markets already, BMW models will soon be equipped with in car LTE WiFi. Through the use of an adapter, you will be able to connect your smartphones and tablets to a WiFi hotspot all from the luxury of your BMW's interior.

And if security is a concern, the hotspot is secured via password so you can have complete control over who has access. Connecting is incredibly simple as well. Just hold your device near the adapter and you're done!

If you should happen to need WiFi once you reach your destination, the hotspot has an extended battery life of one hour so you can take it on the go. When you need to recharge, the adapter connects to your vehicle through a USB port.

Ganley BMW is thrilled at the addition of LTE WiFi in the new BMW models, and you can be sure that we'll bring you any updates on when the technology will officially arrive in the U.S right here on our BMW blog.
